InfoSnap, the way parents/guardians provide us with necessary student information, allows you to complete all necessary forms online. You can complete all necessary forms on any computer connected to the internet. InfoSnap also saves the schools both time and money.
On August 10, 2017 - InfoSnap invitation emails were sent to the parents/guardians of all currently enrolled students. This InfoSnap email included a student specific access link to retrieve your password (called a snapcode) and information about how to log onto InfoSnap.
Please complete your InfoSnap forms as soon as possible. The information contained in the InfoSnap provides the schools with critical information for contacting parents/guardians in an emergency and critical medical information for the school nurse. The InfoSnap portal will be closing on 9/15/17.
Current Statistics for InfoSnap Forms are:
I never received a snapcode for my child or I lost my snapcode, what do I do now?
snapcodes were emailed to parents/guardians of returning students to the primary email address on file for the family. First check your spam folder if you have not yet received it. If you can not locate the InfoSnap invitation email or lost your snapcode, then contact the school your child attends.
If I have more than one student enrolling in the district, do I need to complete a separate form for each child?
Yes. Each child will have specific information that is required – and each will have an individual, unique snapcode – but you will be able to take the basic, shared information from the first child you register and copy that information over to each additional child you are registering. We recommend you complete one registration form and submit it before beginning another so that you may share the common information.
Do I need more than one InfoSnap account?
No. You only need one InfoSnap account to register all of your students. By utilizing one account, information is carried over (snapped) to each additional student you are registering.
What happens if I don’t have an email address?
If we don’t have an email address for you or the email address is incorrect, you will be contacted directly either by phone or postal mail asking for an email address. You may also be given the option to complete a paper package of forms.
My email address has changed, how can I let the school know?
If the email address the school currently has for you is out of date, please contact the school now to update. For verification purposes, you must include your full name, your home address, and your student’s full name.
What if I don’t want to provide the information electronically?
If you don’t want to complete any of this process electronically, just let us know. We will make a packet of paper forms available for you to complete. When you return the forms to school, we’ll enter the information for you.
